Q: How long is shipping?

A: This depends by location. Usually within 5-10 business days. We ship all our packages via USPS in the USA unless we find a faster carrier within your city (such as FedEx and LaserShip). For Canada we ship via Canada Post or UniUni! 

 

Q: Can I connect my phone?

A: Yes, the Filmax MiniProjector is manufactured to be used with iPhones and all iOS devices, as well as Androids. 

 

Q: Can I connect my PS4/Xbox/Nintendo Switch?

A: Yes, the FilMax MiniProjector can be connected to any console via HDMI or AV (even the Wii!)


Q: Can I watch Netflix/YouTube?

A: Yes, when connected to your laptop or any other device, your FilMax MiniProjector mirrors exactly what's on the screen, without delay.

A: The FilMax MiniProjector is very small and compact and will easily fit in your bag and backpack to carry anywhere you go.

 

Q:Is the projector noisy?

Q: Is there a risk of overheating?

A: No, we never had any issues with overheating so you shouldn't have to worry about your FilMax MiniProjector overheating, as the it’s advanced cooling system will do the work for you, staying cool for hours.

Q: Can I connect my phone with Bluetooth?

A: Yes! Now you can connect your phone with Bluetooth as long as you get the Wireless Dongle on our website! 


Q: Can I choose my color?

A: Yes, the Filmax MiniProjector comes in different colors. Choose a black, blue, or yellow projector and match it with your home decor.

 

Q: Is it easy to use?

A: Our FilMax MiniProjector works with any device and it is very user-friendly and very easy to use! Simply plug and connect your device, and you're ready to go! It can be operated with a single hand and comes with a remote control.

 

Q: Netflix is not playing when connected wirelessly to my phone, what can I do?

A: This may be to copyright issues put in place by Netflix in your market. We have a few troubleshooting steps you can take to fix this issue, but it's due to the Netflix app having internal blocks.

Q: Does it have a speaker?

A: The FilMax MiniProjector has a built-in speaker and you can also connect an external speaker or plug-in your headphones!
